Open membrane technique using dptfe and fdba. Open flap approach was chosen due to buccal dehiscence. Some resorption still happened which was expected. One downside of dptfe open membrane technique is that the crestal tissue is often thin. Implant can be placed deeper to compensate. Overall this is the most predictable alveolar ridge preservation technique in my hands 🙌

MIST (Cortellini & Tonetti 2007) approach to periodontal regeneration. Not perfect but nonetheless a satisfactory result. 8 months later there was 3mm clinical attachment gain with minimal recession.
