Effects of the MARPE (MASPE) expansion:

✔️Separation of frontomaxillary suture
✔️separation of zygomaticomaxillary sutures
✔️separation of maxillopalatine sutures bilateral
✔️forward and outward rotation of the body of the maxillas with alveolar processes

The rest to be further examined based on the CBCT superimposition of the same patient with 10 mm of inter maxillary separation taken on the same CBCT machine with the same settings 3 months apart.

Deep front teeth embracement can potentially cause bone loss and upper front teeth loosening if not corrected. To avoid and prevent it early intervention is necessary.
