We know there has been some confusion surrounding the recent Delta Dental changes, so we wanted to clarify!

As of May 1, 2026, Dr. Melissa is out of network with Delta Dental, just as she is with other private insurance plans. We do accept all private insurances that offer out-of-network benefits, and our office will still bill your insurance for you.

For most Delta plans, payment is due in full at the time of service, and Delta will reimburse you directly. Coverage varies by plan, so we are happy to provide a pre-determination for restorative treatment so you know what to expect.

If you have questions about your specific insurance plan, please call our office at 330-726-6700.
