🦷 Toddler bedtime routine turning into a brushing battle? You are definitely not alone! When little ones resist the toothbrush, it’s usually less about the teeth and more about a desire for independence. Instead of making it a chore, try shifting the dynamic with these 3 simple, parent-tested hacks:🧸 1. The Toy Patient: Let them brush a favorite stuffed animal or doll’s “teeth” first. Roleplaying removes the intimidation.
⏳ 2. Beat the Clock: Use a 2-minute visual sand timer or play their favorite high-energy song. When the song stops, brushing is done!

Parents, this is a great one to help your kiddos with! When brushing, angle the toothbrush at 45° toward the gums and use gentle, small circular motions. This helps remove plaque where teeth and gums meet—one of the most common places kids (and adults!) miss.
