1 week ago today we hosted our annual Team Appreciation & Periodontal Partnership Meeting. One thing stood out — community matters. And what made the day so meaningful was seeing that belief reflected in every person who showed up, participated, connected, laughed, learned, and shared.
We truly believe we are stronger together. None of us can do this alone. We need one another — our dental teams, referring partners, vendors, educators, and friends — to provide the very best care for our patients, to strengthen the communities we serve, and to support one another along the way.
A heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who helped make this day possible:
To our vendor partners, Straumann, Care Credit, Patterson, Salvin, Geistlich, Hu-Friedy and Voiceworks-Florida Probe — thank you for investing not only in our practices, but in the relationships and community that make our profession stronger.
To Amy Morgan — thank you for bringing your wisdom, energy, humor, and heart. You gave us plenty to think about, but more importantly, you reminded us of the power we have when we choose to lead, connect, and grow together.
To Hoosier the Bison and the Woolery Mill team — thank you for helping create such a memorable setting and experience.
And most importantly, to every doctor, hygienist, team member, and friend who attended — thank you for being there. Your presence was evidence that you believe in something bigger than your individual practice or role. You believe in relationships. You believe in collaboration. You believe in taking better care of one another so that, together, we can take better care of the people who trust us with their health.
