Today we’re celebrating someone who is truly the glue that holds South Central Oral Surgery together! 💙

Candi has been part of our office since 1987—and we honestly can’t imagine this place without her. As our Practice Leader, she keeps us moving forward, supports our team, and somehow always seems to know exactly what needs to be done. We truly would not function without her! 🫶

Outside of the office, Candi loves crafting, baking, hiking, and spending time outdoors. She especially enjoys crafting and baking with her daughter, Taylor. She also loves time with her husband, Bryan, and her sweet dog, Aspen. 🐾❤️

Candi, thank you for your years of dedication, your leadership, your kindness, and for always being the person we can count on. You make our office—and all of us—better every single day.

Tomorrow is a BIG day for our very own Lisa Kirkman as she takes on her first-ever triathlon! 🎉

Lisa has spent the entire year training for this challenge, and we’ve had the privilege of watching her dedication, determination, and hard work every step of the way. The early mornings, the training, the commitment to staying healthy and in shape—it has all led to this moment! 💪🏼

And she won’t be doing it alone! Dr. Pliske will be right there beside her, taking on the triathlon with Lisa. 🏊‍♂️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♂️ Dr. Pliske is no stranger to the triathlon world and completes several each year, so we know Lisa has the perfect training partner and biggest cheerleader by her side!

Lisa, we are SO proud of you! ❤️ Watching you set this goal and work so hard to achieve it has been inspiring to all of us. Tomorrow, we’ll be cheering you on through every swim stroke, every mile on the bike, and every step of the run!
