Eastland Dental Center Dr. Mike and Dr. Marisa Milligan aim to assist families in achieving better oral health and wellness. Dr. Mike Milligan is a native of Bloomington-Normal.

After graduating 3rd in his class at University High School, he graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Houston. Then he went on to graduate 1st in his class at Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in 1978. He came home to open his first practice that very same year and has been enjoying his patients ever since. Dr. Marisa Milligan was born and raised in Normal, Illinois

. She graduated from University High School, attended Auburn University, and then transferred back to Illinois State University where she graduated in 2011 with a major in biology and minor in chemistry. Dr. Marisa graduated from Midwestern University Dental School in 2015 and joined the practice that same year.

Wait 30 minutes after eating before you brush.

Acidic foods temporarily soften enamel, and brushing right away can wear it down. Rinse with water first, then brush after the wait.
