Really enjoyed the hands on lecture with Jurgen Seger at Ivoclar last week. Already applying much of what I learned. As always , I appreciate the people attending and running the classes.

Something we don't do everyday. Zirconia bridge on implants using telescopic copings to correct the path of insertion. The implants were placed independently of each other some time ago. Teeth 8&9 were then lost. Implants 7&10 were then utilized for the bridge.

Back up and running after 70+ inches of snow in a day. Many thanks to Les Draudt & sons for getting our lot plowed out!

NEW! IPS Prime Esthetic zirconia from Ivoclar Vivadent is a premium quality ,multilayer zirconia in the 850 Mpa range. It has been designed for monolithic restorations with maximum esthetics up to 3 unit bridges in the posterior.
We are fortunate to be able to test this material before general release. The color and translucence of this material are much improved over some of the zirconia we have had in the past. The case in these photos virtually matched the target shade tab right out of the sintering furnace. The minimal characterization that I did was not really necessary . I'm looking forward to the release of this zirconia with a full complement shades.
Fully digital case from a Medit scan. Designed the model, Biohorizon custom abutments and ZR screw retained crowns all in one shot. Awesome.
