The Great Minnesota Get-Together (aka, the MN State Fair 😂), kicks off tomorrow with so many delicious foods and treats! 🎡🌽Make your visit a little more tooth-friendly with a few simple habits that can help keep those smiles healthy.
💧 Drink plenty of water. Staying hydrated is important, and water can help rinse away food particles and sugars that contribute to tooth decay.
🍭 Go easy on sticky sweets. Taffy, caramel, and other sticky treats can cling to teeth and settle between them, making them harder to clean away.
🌽 Enjoy that corn on the cob—but bring some floss! Corn has a way of finding every little space between those teeth. A small container of floss can come in handy!
🪥 Brush when you get home! After a full day of fair food, your teeth will thank you.
