With heavy hearts we inform our patients that Neeley Russell’s last day in the office will be Thursday, February 16th. Neeley accepted a position with the Community Health Center in conjunction with Pulaski and Radford City Schools conducting school based dental care. This position aligns with an academic schedule, and allows more time to assist with the needs of her family and their busy schedule.

Dr. Tebbenkamp started the office 12 years ago with Neeley as his one-and-only employee. Together, they managed all aspects of the office and patient care. Neeley was the hygienist, the assistant, and front desk. Her kind and gentle demeanor have become a pillar to the office. She is like family to Dr. Tebbenkamp, his staff, and our patients. To say she will be missed is an understatement. While we are heartbroken to see her go, we are so happy for her new endeavor and the time it bestows with her precious family. We wish our one-and-only Neeley all the best!

COVID-19 update:
On the recommendation of the American Dental Association and the Virginia Dental Association, Justin Tebbenkamp DDS PC will be closed until Tuesday March 30th, 2020.
As leaders in the healthcare profession, we are responsible for ensuring the safety of our citizens and for our dental teams. We are a major part of health care delivery in the country, and continuously prioritize the overall health of the patient. Taking responsible action right now is the best thing we can do at this time for our patients, for our office teams and for our health care system.
We will keep updating Facebook to inform patients of our office status. Once we are able to re-open, we will do our best to quickly reschedule our patients needing routine dental checkups, fillings, or emergency appointments.

We would like to welcome our new associate Dr. Catherine Mansdoerfer to our office! Dr. Mansdoerfer grew up in Northern Virginia and is glad to be a "transplant" here in the NRV. She received her undergraduate degree in Human Nutrition Foods and Exercise Science from Virginia Tech, and a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry in 2015. She completed a General Practice Residency at the Carilion Clinic focusing on medically compromised patients and operating room procedures.

Dr. Mansdoerfer met her husband at Virginia Tech in the marching band, the Marching Virginians. They love watching Hokie football with their friends and family. When it is time to relax, Dr. Mansdoerfer and her family like to spend time at the beach and have recently taken up scuba diving.

Memberships include the American Dental Association, Virginia Dental Association, Southwest Virginia Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Mansdoerfer enjoys having patients who feel like family over the years, as well as meeting new faces! Can't wait to see you!
