Super huge shoutout to our friend, Izzy Hale, on winning today’s State Class A Girls’ Golf Tournament!⛳️

There hasn’t been a time that I have taken my kids to golf lessons at Prairie West golf course in Mandan that I haven’t seen Izzy at the end of the driving range, by herself, no recognition, and grinding away hitting shot after shot and I’m sure dreaming about a moment like this. Hard work and perseverance always wins out. Congratulations, Izzy! We are so proud of you!

There is also no doubt that on that last shot, staring down the final green with the state title on the line, that she had two of her Junior classmates watching over her and making sure that that title came to Mandan High School today. 🖤🤍

As we start our week, let all of us not think about the busy week ahead, the projects at work to get done, the tests and homework you might have, the upcoming athletic game or concert you’ve been preparing for, or anything else that life might be throwing at you.

Instead, let’s all put our thoughts and prayers towards a school, a community, and these families that are suffering immeasurably and that need us collectively to give them our hearts. There are no words to express any of our understanding, but we offer our deepest condolences to the immediate and extended families and please know that our shoulders are here for you to stand on. Our love goes out to you. 🤍🖤

🤩 Monday Makeover 🤩

Sticking with our recent theme of arch widening and expansion to improve airway and breathing, check out these two new smiles from last week! Not only are their smiles straighter, but they are much wider and broader leading to the hopeful improvement of sleeping, breathing, and less nightly tooth grinding!

Happy Monday!

☑️ Better Airway
☑️ Better Breathing
☑️ Better Sleep
☑️ Better Life!

About 25% of the consultations we have, a parent comes in asking about sleep-related breathing problems. Whether that be snoring, grinding of teeth, mouth breathing, or overall feeling of tiredness in the morning, all of those can be indirectly tied to simply not having enough room in your mouth!

In many of these cases, early expansion with a simple appliance for 4–6 months can make all the difference in the world!

These pictures are taken a few months apart after the usage of an upper expander. Easy on the patient, easy on the parent, and a huge difference. Look at how wide the arch is in the second picture! The family has already reported all of the above symptoms to be better and no braces were even needed yet!

If your child has any of these symptoms, give us a call and tell us about them! Or, if you’ve ever simply wanted a wider/broader smile, we have your answers! Have a great weekend, all, and here’s to better breathing!
