🚨 Don’t ghost these symptoms.
If you’re waking up with headaches, grinding your teeth, or never feeling fully rested, it might be more than “just a bad night’s sleep.”
Here are some signs we want you to pay attention to:
😵💫 Morning headaches
Can be associated with nighttime clenching, grinding, or disrupted breathing. We can evaluate your airway, bite, and signs of nighttime grinding to help uncover what’s going on.
😴 Loud snoring
Snoring isn’t always harmless. It can be a sign that your airway is narrowing while you sleep. As an airway-focused dental clinic, we can screen for sleep-disordered breathing and help determine the right next step.
🦷 Teeth grinding
Waking up with jaw soreness, tooth sensitivity, or worn-down teeth? We can look for signs of grinding and help protect your teeth with a custom night guard.
💧 Dry mouth
Constantly waking up with a dry mouth can be a sign that you’re mouth breathing at night. We can evaluate your airway and look at why you may not be breathing comfortably through your nose while sleeping.
🛌 Restless sleep
If you toss, turn, wake frequently, or sleep 8 hours and still feel exhausted, your breathing could be affecting the quality of your sleep. We can evaluate your airway and help guide you toward appropriate testing and treatment.
You don’t have to just accept these as “normal.”
At All Smiles, we look beyond your teeth to understand how your airway, breathing, jaw, and oral health work together.
If you see yourself in this list, let’s talk. Your sleep is worth looking into. 💤
