Meet Madison, our amazing Treatment Coordinator! Madison has been part of the Backus Smiles team for 5 years! Her favorite part of orthodontics is getting to see each patient’s smile transformation from start to finish and watching their confidence grow when the braces finally come off! 😍

Outside of the office, Madison loves spending time with her husband, Payton, and their two mini Goldendoodles, Stella & Millie! 🐶💕 She also loves cheering on Alabama football and hosting friends and family! 🏈

Look at that transformation! 😍 Creating a beautiful smile is about more than straight teeth—it’s about function, balance, and stability. This case included arch expansion, crowding relief, bite correction, midline correction, and elimination of traumatic occlusion to create a more harmonious smile and bite. The details matter—and the results speak for themselves! ✨ We LOVE a good before & after!

This week, some of our Backus Smiles team had the opportunity to prepare and serve dinner at First Light Women’s Shelter, and it was such a rewarding experience. 💛

We’re so grateful for the opportunity to give back to our community and spend time supporting such an incredible organization. First Light does such meaningful work providing hope, support, and resources to women and children in need, and we were honored to be a small part of it.
