Dr. Lester spent the past weekend in Chicago learning from some of the pioneers of Dental Sleep Medicine. Screening and helping treat sleep disorders like snoring and sleep apnea, especially for patients who have trouble tolerating a CPAP, is one of her passions. She is looking forward to helping more patients sleep better and live longer!
