Proper handwashing can reduce respiratory illnesses by up to 21% and diarrheal disease by up to 40%, according to the CDC.

Today on we're reminding you to follow these easy steps to keep your hands clean and your family healthy!

1️⃣ Wet your hands with clean water.
2️⃣ Lather with soap — don’t forget between fingers and under nails!
3️⃣ Scrub for at least 20 seconds (hum “Happy Birthday” twice 🎶).
4️⃣ Rinse under clean, running water.
5️⃣ Dry completely with a clean towel or air dry.

🩷Women's Health Day at Biloxi Clinic🩷
We are honored at the amount of support this event received this year from local organizations and community partners. Your contributions allow us to continue to provide these much needed screenings to the women of our community.

Thank you to Kroc Center MS Gulf Coast for providing free childcare for our patients, Gulf Coast MS Chapter of The Links, Incorporated for fully covering the cost of mammograms for the first 25 women in the door, EEECHO for covering the cost of screenings for any women in need of financial assistance, TrueCare for providing lunch for staff and patients, and Devoted Health for providing coffee and breakfast. We were also blessed to welcome massage therapists from and nail services from
