This patient came in with a small fracture of her right central incisor and the right central incisor overlapping the left central incisor. The left central incisor also had a small crack in the enamel, which is visible where the brown stain is present. With composite artistry, we were able to correct the overlap, repair the fractures, and restore areas of wear to bring the two teeth into a truly better aesthetic balance and proportion.

Connecting from the Grand Canyon! 🏜️
Day Two brought the details to life through hands-on collaboration, where participants refined the artistry of tooth shape and morphology. Lectures focused on the science of adhesive dentistry, color selection, and real-world case studies, with the day ending on portrait photography.
Another day of learning, sharing, and growing together. We look forward to seeing you at a future course!

Excited to be back with CDOCS in 2026, helping dentists elevate their skills through hands-on education and real-world clinical workflows. There’s nothing more rewarding than sharing knowledge and seeing colleagues leave with techniques they can implement immediately.

Looking forward to another great course and connecting with everyone in attendance!

This patient came to us wearing a flipper to replace her two front teeth. A flipper is used as a removable temporary appliance that aids in restoring appearance, but often times lacks stability. To overcome this, we placed two implants and delivered two implant crowns, as well as a new crown on the patient’s right lateral incisor. The results were a fixed, natural-looking solution designed for function.

This type of chipping is something we commonly see from nail biting and long-term teeth grinding.

Beyond esthetics, wear like this can gradually affect the integrity of the tooth and lead to severe enamel fracture.Using only additive bonded composite, we were able to restore both form and function conservatively.

Small details. Meaningful changes.

Some restorations simply reach the end of their lifespan.
With bonded composite on tooth #2 and a CEREC onlay on tooth #3, this patient’s teeth were restored as conservatively and naturally as possible.
By replacing these restorations, we were able to reduce the risk of sensitivity and fractures before larger problems develop.

Had the privilege of lecturing at the Loma Linda School of Dentistry on the topic of “Predictable Class IV Composites”. Love seeing ambitious young minds that are committed to growth, learning, and minimally invasive composite bonding.

This young man came in with hopes of a complete smile makeover, requesting a total of 6 veneers. We made those hopes a reality by opting for porcelain veneers as a solution. This treatment helped achieve that sought-after Hollywood smile, especially fitting for a patient looking to enhance more than just one or two teeth. Swipe for the results…
