Facial cusp on #5 broken below the gum line with facial and distal caries. How would you restore this tooth?
Here's what I did:
Step 1- build up with composite and take impression to have a mold for the temporary
Step 2- Carefully removed decay on distal and buccal
Step 3- Exposed margin with electorsurg
Step 4-Immediate Dentin Seal + Build up
Step 5-Refine prep for onlay
Step 6-Impression
Step 7-Temporized
