To our wonderful patient families,

While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your children’s dental health, safety, and overall well-being!

We are currently gearing up to reopen in phases on Tuesday, May 26th. In the initial phase, we will be focusing on those patients with emergent and urgent dental needs, such as those with existing treatment plans that had to be postponed or cancelled due to the crisis. We will best utilize our office space to provide care using physical distancing which may involve your child being seen in a private room or the open bay for their dental cleaning.

As we return to the office and begin the process of contacting those patients who had their appointments cancelled due to the pandemic, we will need our phone lines available for our dental schedulers to be contacting our patients. Currently, we would like to ask you to defer calling the office regarding appointment scheduling. We will be reaching out to you about either your cancelled appointment or upcoming scheduled appointment. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this process. You will be receiving a separate email with detailed information about our interim protocols and updated procedures for patient care during our reopening process.
