Oil-pulling: Yes or No? ✨ An ancient Indian remedy of swishing oil in the mouth for 15-20 minutes has been trending on social media. Does it work? Swishing with oils may reduce bacteria and freshen breath, so it may be a helpful supplement to keeping your mouth clean. 😁However it cannot replace regular brushing and flossing, and oil will not fix an infection in your mouth. 🦷Questions?
