This Weeks Staff Spotlight: Meet Erin! 🌟

We are thrilled to shine the light on our amazing Office Manager, Erin!
As our Office Manager, Erin is the heartbeat of our practice. She oversees daily office operations, coordinates patient scheduling, supports our team, and ensures every patient receives a welcoming, seamless experience from start to finish.
Erin’s deep understanding of patient care comes from years of hands-on experience in the field. She started her journey as a Dental Assistant before advancing to Clinical Manager, and now brings her extensive clinical and operational knowledge to her role as Office Manager.
Outside of work, Erin loves spending quality time with her boyfriend and their dog. She’s an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys spending time on her dirt bike on the trails, relaxing on the water, fishing, hunting and going on exciting vacations!
Thank you, Erin, for everything you do to keep our practice running smoothly! 👏

✨ Staff Spotlight: Meet Betty! ✨

We are thrilled to shine the light on one of the incredible members of our team, Betty!
Betty is an EFDA, which stands for Expanded Function Dental Assistant. This means she has undergone highly specialized, advanced training that allows her to take on advanced clinical duties, like placing beautiful restorations, working hand-in-hand with our doctors to provide top-tier care. If you are undergoing Invisalign treatment with us, you’ve likely seen Betty! She plays a huge part in our Invisalign process, helping map out, scan, and guide our patients along their journey to a perfect smile.
Betty completed her dental assisting education at NHTI. While she originally set out with plans to become a dental hygienist, she discovered her true passion was in dental assisting, where she loves the hands-on variety, clinical artistry, and deep patient connections she gets to make every single day.
When she isn't in the office helping our patients smile brighter, Betty loves making the most of her free time. You can usually find her spending quality time with her husband and their beloved dogs. In the summer, she is all about the sunshine—whether she's out paddling on the water in her kayak or tending to her beautiful home garden.
Next time you see Betty in the office, be sure to say hello and thank her for everything she does! We sure do appreciate having her!🦷🧡💙
