Bagley Road Resurfacing.
A major 13-month Cuyahoga County resurfacing project begins the week of July 13. The current phase spans from Lindbergh Boulevard to North Rocky River Drive. Traffic is reduced to one lane in each direction, and drivers should expect significant delays and consider alternate routes.
