Yesterday, our hygiene team and office manager enjoyed a fun evening of continuing education, delicious food, great company, and even some prizes!
We love opportunities like this to learn new things, spend time together outside the office, and celebrate our amazing hygienists!

💙 It's Office Manager Appreciation Month so this month we’re giving a big shoutout to our manager, Michelle! 🎉

Michelle has been part of the Perfect Smiles team since May 2025, and we’re so happy to have her with us!

One of the things Michelle enjoys most about being a manager is being the person her team can count on when something unexpected comes up. She’s great at staying calm when things get a little crazy, figuring out a solution, and turning those “crisis” moments into learning experiences for the whole team.

And if you’ve been to Perfect Smiles, you know how much our team cares about making patients feel comfortable and cared for. Michelle says communication is one of our biggest strengths, and we’re always focused on getting to know our patients, educating them about their care, and making sure everyone walks through the door with a smile. 😊

A few fun facts about Michelle:

🎳 She’s an avid bowler AND the VP of our local bowling association!
🍕 Her favorite local restaurant is DeLorenzo’s
