To Our Valued Patients,


We are happy that we are now able to return to providing quality dental care in a safe setting for you and our staff. The safety and well-being of our staff and patients has always been our highest priority and our office has always adhered to the CDC "Universal Standard Precautions" for personal protection and sterilization. We now have adapted and will continue to monitor the new CDC and OHA standards relating to COVID-19.

With these new guidelines we will still be rescheduling some appointments and operating at approximately 50% of our normal schedule to allow increased disinfection and social distancing in the office. We will strive to continue to provide the high level of customer service and dentistry you deserve and appreciate your patience and support as we navigate these office changes.

We have implemented the following changes to help protect you and our staff during this time:

-Wellness screening of staff every workday.

-Wellness screening of patients on the phone at the time of scheduling or confirming your appointment.

-For our patients 65 or older, or in a high-risk category, we recommend you consult with your medical physician prior to scheduling an appointment with us.

-Please check-in from your vehicle by calling 541-382-1991 when you arrive. A team member will come out and greet you. Your temperature will be taken and again asked a few routine screening questions.

-Additional required high-quality PPE on all staff members.

-The waiting room will be closed until further notice to continue social distancing practices. Please no family or friends allowed with patients, unless absolutely necessary for ambulatory or other assistance. Minor patients may be accompanied by 1 parent.

-If you need to pay your bill or schedule an appointment please call the office.

To Our Valued Patients,

Recently Gov. Brown announced elective dental care can resume starting May 1 under certain guidelines. Our highest priority is the safety of our staff, patients, and community. We are working on a plan to reopen in a controlled and calculated manner with safety as our top priority. We expect to receive additional clarity and information on guidelines soon and will implement them into our plan.
