Cass County Dental Clinic is a safety net dental clinic in Cass County, Missouri. We accept all Missouri Medicaid plans for persons aged 0-20 years.

Cass County Dental Clinic provides dental services to children and adolescents from birth through age 20 who are insured by Missouri Medicaid or who are uninsured and low-income. Uninsured patients are required to complete a financial screening to determine whether they qualify for services. Uninsured children must live in a home with an income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. Uninsu

red patients who qualify pay a reduced fee for services. Since opening in July 2011, we have provided dental care to more than 10,000 children in Cass County and surrounding area!

Over the past year, our larger, brighter facility on Markey Parkway has allowed us to continue expanding dental care for families across Cass County. As we celebrate this milestone, we’re filled with gratitude for the donors, volunteers, and community partners who made this possible. Both clinic locations in Belton and Harrisonville will be closed on Monday, May 25. Cass County Dental Clinic will resume regular hours on Tuesday, May 26.

Two years ago, Cass Community Health Foundation and many of its friends and supporters celebrated the groundbreaking of the brand-new Cass County Dental Clinic in Belton, Missouri! 🦷🎉 Our new clinic is expanding access to quality dental care for our community and has grown into a place where children, and now adult family members, can receive compassionate, affordable care close to home.

We’re proud of how far the clinic has come in just two years and grateful to everyone who helped make this project possible — from community supporters and partners to our dedicated staff and providers. Watching a mound of dirt transform into a beautiful facility that creates healthy, confident smiles every day has been the ultimate glow up! ✨

WOW! 🎉 Cass Community Health Foundation's 5K for Health raised more than $102,000 for our safety net dental clinic! And yes—our Practice Director, Cory, even ran the race in a toothpaste costume! 🪥🏃‍♂️ It was an incredibly fun day full of smiles 😁😆—our favorite kind of day!
