Sometimes our permanent teeth erupt with characteristics that are out of our control. This patient was unhappy with the large white spots on the two front teeth. Luckily, conservative treatment of white spot lesions involves no shots, drills, or fillings. A great esthetic change without harming the natural tooth. 🦷
