🦷✨Does flossing really matter? YES!

Brushing cleans the surfaces of your teeth, but flossing helps remove plaque and food from those hard-to-reach spaces between your teeth and along the gum line.

Think of brushing + flossing as the ultimate team!🪥🧵💪

Make flossing part of your daily routine for a cleaner, healthier smile!😁

“Do I really need x-rays?” Yes! X-rays help us detect problems that can’t be seen during a regular exam, allowing us to treat issues early.🦷

Protect your teeth this summer!😁

Here are a few ways to protect your teeth while enjoying popsicles or ice:
🍧Enjoy in moderation. Too much cold can trigger sensitivity in some teeth.
🧊Be gentle. Avoid biting or chewing hard ice- it can chip or crack your teeth.
💦Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of water to help wash away sugar and keep your mouth healthy.

Keep smiling all summer long!☀️

🍓Summer fruits are delicious- but some are acidic! Rinse with water after enjoying citrus fruits and wait about 30 minutes before brushing.🦷🪥
