"I can eat anything. It's just like a tooth."

That's what Randall shared about his dental implant experience at Belmont. And honestly, it says everything. Getting your smile back isn't just about the procedure; it's about what comes after, those small moments where you realize you can be yourself again without thinking twice.

Randall came to us looking for implants and found something he didn't expect to mention first: the warm, familiar environment. He noted how our team took time to explain everything clearly and how professional the care was from start to finish. But what really stands out? The confidence. Being able to smile freely, eat what you want, and present yourself to the world with a full set of healthy teeth, that matters.

That's the Belmont difference. We don't just place implants, we help you get your life back.

We're honored to see our inaugural Wisdom For Wisdom program featured by The Belmont Voice!

The story highlights Belmont resident and MassBay Community College student Noah Merfeld, who received complimentary wisdom teeth removal through the program as he prepares for his final semester of college. It also shares why Dr. Pasquale Eckert launched Wisdom For Wisdom—to help remove financial barriers to necessary care while supporting local students as they pursue their educational goals.

Thank you to for helping share Noah's story and the impact of this initiative with our community.

July is National Cleft and Craniofacial Awareness Month. 💙

Each year, thousands of babies are born with cleft and craniofacial differences that affect how they eat, speak, breathe, and smile. With early, coordinated care from oral and maxillofacial surgeons and a dedicated team of specialists, these children go on to thrive.

This month, we're proud to raise awareness and stand alongside every patient and family on their journey. At Belmont Oral, Facial & Implant Surgery, we believe every smile deserves expert, compassionate care.

Your replacement teeth work like natural teeth.

Dental implants stay in place so you can speak clearly and eat the foods you love, unlike dentures that shift. They look and feel natural, helping you regain confidence in your smile. The best part? Caring for them is simple, just brush and floss like your natural teeth. Titanium posts are incredibly durable and strong enough to replace any tooth, even molars, and can last a lifetime with proper care.

"I couldn't have lived the same life without it." That's what Richard from New Canaan told us after completing his extraction, bone graft, and implant journey with us.

What made the difference for Richard wasn't just the clinical expertise, though that's obviously critical. It was feeling welcomed from day one. It was having a team that stayed attentive throughout his recovery, checking in at 24 hours and continuing to follow up for months after. It was knowing that someone genuinely cared about his outcome.

A healthy smile changes more than just how you look. It changes how you live, how you feel, and what you're confident enough to do. Richard's right about that.

If you're considering implants or have questions about tooth restoration, we'd love to help you through the same experience. Ready to share your story? Book a consultation with us today.
