World Cup has been rather fun as we have patients from just about everywhere, and almost everyone is watching. Our Argentinian patients should be rather pleased today! Snr. Messi has an uncanny sense of off-the-ball positioning.

Today we had a deer in our parking lot. With all the traffic in this area, I hope it safely makes its way back to a more appropriate setting. The diversity of wildlife seen in Eastside neighborhoods is remarkable, including black bears, cougars, coyotes, bobcats, etc.

This is Ruben, our 14-year-old "unfolded" Scottish Fold. He seems to completely lack the flight aspect of fight or flight, as he's not bothered by vacuums, leaf blowers, dogs, loud music, etc. He just wants a comfortable lap to curl up on and purr so loudly you have to turn up the volume on the TV.
