This smile involved clear aligner orthodontics to correct the curve of spee (upside down smile look) as well as replace existing bonding with veneers that gave length back to the teeth after decades of grinding.

✅ Corrected crossbite at the canines
✅ Align gingival margins
✅ Fill out buccal corridor
✅ Straighten incisal edges
✅ Lessen anterior teeth flare
✅ Equilibrate the uneven bite

I'm a little late on the casual attire, but it took a ski accident this past weekend for me to finally join the party!

Used to wear a tie 🤵‍♂️, then a button down with slacks 👔, then Covid happened and went 100% scrubs👨‍⚕️. Now wearing shorts in the middle of winter. Next up, tank tops! 😎

My leg is alright, took an ambulance ride from to the awesome team and got a little stitched up. The 1 extremity that could "afford" to get injured, is my left leg, so here I am back in the office!

Good thing we can work on getting them replaced with 🔩

Implants generally take 3-4 months to integrate with the bone once it is placed.

After that, a "healing abutment" is placed over the implant to help contour the tissue for the emergence profile of the future crown.

I strive for "screw retained" implant crowns, making them easier for retrieval in the event of complications. Also this bypasses the cementation process so there is less issues with excess cement, which can cause peri-implantitis and implant failure!

The screw access hole is blended in with a matching filler as the final step! 👌
