Adult patients with cleft palate often have a long journey before receiving their final orthodontic care.

NAM treatment starts in a few weeks after birth for a babies with cleft.

I was fortunate to learn about orthodontic care for patients with cleft lips and palates from the team.

This patient is undergoing orthodontic treatment with custom digital braces to ensure control if the roots of the teeth, especially the front teeth, around the bone defect.

Additionally, he will have corrective jaw surgery to address skeletal discrepancies.
