There’s something special about connecting with a dental team that shares our passion for exceptional care, continued learning, and making an impact beyond the operatory.
We had the pleasure of spending time with the incredible team at Dr. Lina Kim’s practice in Laurelhurst, meeting two of their talented associates, Dr. Belle and Dr. Laurente, along with their amazing dental assistants.
We shared lunch, exchanged ideas, and got to know the people behind a truly impressive practice. Their commitment to comprehensive adult care extends far beyond their office — from volunteering dental services at a behavioral health facility to providing remote dental cleanings for our very own Seattle Seahawks. 💙💚
Their commitment to developing the next generation of dentists is just as inspiring. Dr. Kim’s assistants are pursuing their own journeys toward becoming dentists, creating a team culture rooted in curiosity, mentorship, and growth.
We were especially excited to learn more about Dr. Belle and Dr. Laurente — two bright, compassionate clinicians bringing their own unique experiences and perspectives to the practice.
Dr. Belle, a PNW native and UW School of Dentistry graduate, brings a warm, preventative approach to patient care. A biochemistry graduate, magna cm laude, she’s equally passionate about helping patients feel confident in their smiles as she is about backpacking, pottery, tennis, and caring for her six chickens. 🐔
Dr. Laurente, an OHSU School of Dentistry graduate, takes a beautifully comprehensive approach to dentistry, recognizing that every patient’s oral health is connected to their broader health and life experiences. Her dedication to education and mentorship also extends into her work as a Supervising Dentist at Shoreline Community College’s Hygiene School.
We left feeling inspired by this team, their vision, and the meaningful work they’re doing in our community.
Here’s to building relationships, sharing knowledge, supporting one another, and creating better experiences for the patients we’re all privileged to serve. 🤍
Thank you for welcoming us — we’re excited for what’s ahead and look forward to collaborating with you!
