🦷 Getting your wisdom teeth removed?

Here are 3 things to know first!
1️⃣ Plan for some downtime. Swelling, soreness, and jaw stiffness are common, so give yourself a little time to rest and recover.

2️⃣ Follow your aftercare instructions closely. What you do after surgery matters—especially when it comes to protecting the extraction sites and keeping them clean.

3️⃣ Stock up before surgery. Soft foods, plenty of fluids, ice packs, and any recommended medications can make those first few days much easier.
