This 16 year old girl came to our practice with chief complaint of upper left molar that was infected and needing a dental implant to replace the tooth.
We explained to the dad our practice always treats our patient as family, and for this patient, we would prefer not to place a dental implant to replace the infected tooth.
We discussed retreating the patient orthodontically to correct:
1). Her canted smile
2). Close the upper left extracted molar space utilizing her second molar and the upper left wisdom tooth.

18 month later, patient is extremely happy with her new smile, couldn't stop smiling and is now off to college!!

We are happy to have made this transformation for our patient!

Patient came to us with congenitally missing one lower front tooth (incisor) and chief complaint of crowding.
In less than 2 years, we have successfully transformed this young man's teeth!
Patient's mom told us she chose our practice for her son's orthodontic treatment because we were the only practice that paid attention to her son's facial profile!
