Our world we live in is entering a time of real uncertainty as we deal with widespread issues of outbreak, coronavirus (COVID-19). Our practice feels that it is important to reach out to you during this time to talk about our role as Dental Health Care Providers.
As information becomes available and we learn more about this virus and the effect it will have on our community, our mission is to prioritize safety for all of us. Patients and staff alike. We will be vigilant on all updated protocols, sterilization and information as it is received.
We want to stay open to see those that choose to do so, especially for our patients who are experiencing pain or swelling; until a state or federal mandate occurs. We are a small staff of 10 and even when we are at capacity, there are no more than 15-20 people at once. Our facility is spread out so contact with one another is limited.
We ask that you come alone for scheduled appointments if possible, please be on time, do not come extra early as we are trying to limit wait room congregating. Call us also when you arrive and you can choose to wait in your car until your individual room is ready.
In accordance with the American Dental Association and the CDC, we will be maintaining normal operations during this time.
We will be open until we feel the safety of our patients and staff is a risk or otherwise told by our government agencies!!!
We will keep communication open as situations change. Our staff is aware of all precautionary measures that are needed.
Gloves, masks, and eye protection will continue to be worn within operatories allowing our staff to serve your dental needs. All common areas and operatories will be carefully monitored and sterilized as normal and as frequently as we have done in the last few weeks, and more.
If you have traveled in the last few weeks, have a cough or elevated fever you must reschedule any appointment reserved.
We ask that you give us 24 hour courtesy notice if possible.
We understand circumstances can arise on short notice, but we ask for constant communication during this time, as we do the same.
Our practice appreciates your understanding and we will do whatever it takes to be proactive during this time. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have!
