If you received a statement from Logan Dental Care and you believe it is wrong, there is a chance it is. When statements were sent out, they got sent to every patient with an outstanding insurance claim (meaning we are still waiting for your insurance to pay). If this is the case, please just call the office and to verify. Please work with us as we are trying to fix the issue to make sure it doesn’t happen again with the company that sends out our statements.
