**Patient Coordinator Position**
I am looking to add a patient coordinator to my privately owned dental practice in Bellbrook. I am willing to train the right candidate. Seva Dental is a well-established, privately-owned, one doctor general practice in Bellbrook, OH with a small, fun and high performing team. We are in search of an enthusiastic Patient Coordinator who can provide a “wow” experience at every visit. In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat of our front office — keeping the schedule running smoothly, answering calls and emails with warmth and confidence, coordinating treatment and financial arrangements, and partnering closely with the Doctor to keep everything on track.

Hours are Monday-Thursday 6:30AM-3:30PM
You’ll need to be comfortable working independently — but also enjoy collaborating with a tight-knit team.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
● Administrative or Customer Service Experience
● Strong communication skills — both verbal and written
● Excellent organization and time management skills
● Experience with Open Dental (preferred)
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
● Critical thinking skills and attention to detail
