Your toothbrush works hard… but it’s not meant to last forever. 🪥
The ADA recommends replacing your toothbrush or electric brush head every 3–4 months, sooner if the bristles are frayed.

And don’t forget: swap it out after being sick to avoid reinfection. Your smile deserves a fresh start. ✨
