Does this patient have an airway issue? This is a second opinion from an orthodontist who is treating this child for a thumb, sucking mouth, breathing problem with a tongue, crib, and never identified where the problem is. It’s our job as the orthodontist to carefully evaluate everything from the cephalogram the Panorex and most of all taking a complete clinical history that will tell the story of the patient our goals is to treat the airway in order to make healthier adults Expansion.
