With a background in Biomedical Engineering and Prosthetic patient care, Bri brings both clinical expertise and a genuine passion for making sure every patient feels seen, heard, and cared for—not just treated.

When she’s not at Bionic Skins, you can find Bri out adventuring with her Husky or curled up with a good book. 📚🐾
And that same care and attention she gives her Husky? Her patients get it too! 🐺❤️

At Bionic Skins™, we’re all about innovation and inspiring the next generation. When Lauren told us about this special project, we couldn’t wait to share it:

‘A little labor of love for a very special soon-to-be 6-year-old who’s all about science! 🧪 My niece proudly told her dad she was “going to go to school, read a book, and learn to do what Auntie Lauren does, but better!” So, of course, we had to create something meaningful for her birthday. With a sparkly pink prosthetic leg for her doll, a custom liner, and a book teaching her all about the amazing world of prosthetics and how they’re made, she’s now ready to inspire the next generation of prosthetists! ✨’

A big shoutout to Rebecca Cook for helping us source the 3D-printed prosthesis and making this project so special. 🦾

It got us thinking... Should Bionic Skins start hosting birthday parties 🎉 where kids can learn about prosthetics and even create a custom toy of their own? 🤔 Let us know what you think in the comments!
