Atrium Dental Center is a growing, high-performing multi-site dental practice seeking a Practice Operations Manager to strengthen operational consistency, support site leaders, and build scalable workflows that drive long-term excellence.
This is a unique opportunity for a strategic, systems-driven leader to partner closely with ownership and shape how work gets done across multiple locations.
🔧 What You’ll Do
✔ Design, document, and maintain best-in-class operational workflows
✔ Build and manage a centralized SOP library
✔ Monitor operations across sites and deliver weekly snapshots to ownership
✔ Coach and support Practice Operations Leads at each location
✔ Track schedules, staffing alignment, and patient flow
✔ Develop dashboards and reports for scheduling, production & utilization
✔ Compile and report on key KPIs (AR, production vs. collections, new patients, treatment
acceptance, costs)
✔ Coordinate OSHA, HIPAA, and radiation compliance tracking
✔ Facilitate structured meetings with clear agendas and outcomes
✔ Monitor patient experience trends and support retention initiatives
🎯 What We’re Looking For
✔ 5+ years of dental or healthcare operations experience
✔ Strong background in systems design, documentation & reporting
✔ Comfortable working with KPIs, dashboards, and operational metrics
✔ Collaborative leader who works within defined frameworks
✔ Growth-minded, transparent, and professional communicator
