Introducing Bedford Dental Care’s newest team member Caleb Herrera! A few weeks ago, Doctors Katz and Herrera welcomed their first child Caleb. They are so thrilled and are enjoying the journey of parenthood.

Bill found Dr. Herrera because he was tired of going to the dentist and being told he needs yet another root canal and crown.

This is the result of reactive dentistry where there are larger issues at play, but just the urgent needs of the patient are addressed. This cycle continues leading to dental fatigue. Bill was never offered a comprehensive plan, so he felt like he was always chasing problems.

All big problems start off as little problems. This is why maintenance visits are so important.

Our new guest had cavities that were left untreated and grew to what you see in the top photo. Because of the appearance they thought multiple extractions and a partial denture would be required. After an exam and goal discussion we were able to preserve what was existing and restore their smile with routine fillings/bonding.
