Dear Roger,
I’ve started writing to you many times but words seem so trivial in thanking you for all you’ve done for me and my family.
Your skill, expertise, knowledge and common sense as a dentist was above and beyond anyone else. I don’t even think I knew a GREAT dentist until M introduced me to you… He connected with you—I felt you were “clones” in your commitment to excellence and pure love for your patients.
I admire you so much in committing to the joys of family and the priceless moments that come with your time with them.
You are such a truly Christian man, are true to yourself and honor the Lord everyday by your actions.
I will miss seeing you as often but trust the staff you have built. I am also glad you are enjoying life “out of the office”. You deserve it so much.

Because of past dental experience, I walked in the office full of anxiety, but under your care I won't again. I truly appreciate the extra effort that you put into making me comfortable, and the results are fantastic as well! My teeth look brand new. You're Top Notch!"

Do you have Delta Dental of Oregon for dental insurance? Did you get a new card? If your card says: "Exclusive", for example: Delta Dental PPO (exclusive), then please note that they will not pay toward your treatment here. They will only pay for some emergency services with out-of-network providers.

Open enrollment ends Tuesday, we have been told. It may not be too late to change this, except your dental insurance would not be effective until 2-1-2024.

"Dear Dr. Lawrence, Wendy, and staff, Just a note to say thank you for all the scheduling (and rescheduling!) and special care and attention you gave to take care of our family's dental needs before we left OR. Wendy, you did an amazing job working us all in- you were always so thoughtful to arrange it so that we made as few trips as possible... It is such a rare gift these days to go to a dental office where we feel comfortable and confident that we will receive skilled and quality care... Hope you enjoy the new movie."

(Our office does not do the implant surgery itself, but we refer patients to oral surgeons. Dr. Scheffel helps coordinate the treatment plan.)

"Dear Steve,
I must admit, I am amazed that I feel so much better having this denture. I am beginning to wonder how I ever managed this for a YEAR. I can speak clearly, too… no more, “What did you say, could you repeat that?”
Grateful you are so dedicated the work you do. I can still hear you saying “function over vanity” and just telling it like it is…"

Thank you for all you do. The care is “care-free” and that’s such a relief. You definitely go the extra mile for both me and my family (brother/father). It’s special and doesn’t go unrecognized. Hope 2021 brings more joy!
