Behind the Smile - Dentistry for Children The minute you walk through the door, you will know you’ve come to the right place. Behind the Smi

At Behind the Smile Dentistry for Children, everything we do revolves around our patients. Dr. Eric Downey, Dr. Carolyn Muckerheide, Dr. Ashley Schaaf, Dr Alice Trieu, and our team emphasize comfort, reassurance, and gentleness in all we do. While we offer modern, proven pediatric dental care, it is always delivered with compassion and without pain. Our office environment is warm and friendly, immediately putting even the most timid patient at ease. We stress preventive dental practices, teaching children at an early age the importance of keeping their teeth and gums healthy and strong. No child’s dental needs are the same as those of any other child. Therefore, we develop custom treatment plans for each young patient, involving parent and patient in the decision-making process, ensuring that we create a plan that is effective and timely.
