Looking for a rockstar Dental Hygienist!

The position is part-time Mondays, Fridays or both 7:30am-5pm
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
BONUS PAY (based on a daily production goal)
Our office is centered around teamwork, efficiency and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a qualified dental hygienist who is outgoing, friendly, prides themself on their customer service and wants to grow both professionally and financially with a company. Our office is a single doctor, fun and fast-paced private family practice. We stay up to date with the most current technology including CBCT and intraoral scanners, provide a variety of procedures for patients and have a very welcoming team.
You should be able to follow instructions and respect dental office regulations. We want you to be skilled in providing direct or indirect patient care and able to make office procedures as smooth as possible.

Responsibilities
- Welcome customers in the dental office and provide 5-star service
- Prepare customers for their recare hygiene needs
- Take all diagnostic records including radiographs, periodontal charting, intra-oral photos
- Advise patients on potentially needed periodontal and restorative treatment
- Administer local anesthesia as needed for hygiene or restorative
- Sealant placement and alginate impressions as needed
- Sterilize instruments according to regulations
- Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
- Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked
- Schedule future recare appointments
- Maintain accurate patient records and medical histories
Skills
- Proven experience as a dental hygienist (minimum 1-year experience encouraged)
- Accredited Registered Dental Hygienist
- Understanding of health & safety regulations
- DENTRIX software experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Attention to detail
- Well-organized and reliable
