Behind every great surgical team is a commitment to never stop learning.

One of our surgical assistants recently completed nursing school, and our doctors have been taking extra time to help her build on those skills and learn the best practices for IV placement in our surgical setting.

We love seeing our team members grow—and we love even more that our doctors make teaching, mentorship, and hands-on learning a priority. Investing in our people ultimately means investing in the care we provide to our patients.
