🙌 Two more kids with better breathing! 👄🫁💨 We love celebrating these wins with our patients! Palatal expanders help widen the upper jaw, creating more room in the mouth. This can help improve breathing and sleep in some growing children. Early treatment orthodontics can really impact your child's overall health.

😁✨ Brilee’s orthodontic transformation isn’t finished yet, but we’re already celebrating progress beyond her smile! Just look at the space we've gained!

The bonded palatal expander is widening her upper jaw, creating more space in her mouth and supporting better airflow. ↔️👄=🫁

Brilee previously used a CPAP for sleep apnea and struggled with airway issues. Now, she’s breathing great and no longer needs her CPAP! 🙌

Orthodontics is about more than straight teeth! It can be part of the conversation about airway health, too. 🦷💙

First Day Back With a New System 😂😂 If we take a little longer than usual this week, please be patient with us. There’s a BIG learning curve happening behind the scenes.

Day 1 of our new system is officially in the books, and we’re off to a great start! 🙌

Our team has been busy training, learning the new software and getting comfortable with all the little details that come with a big change like this.

You may notice a few things looking different, even before you come into the office:

📨 Emails, texts and appointment reminders may look a little different
🗓️ You may start seeing self-scheduling links

We’re also excited about the new patient portal, online billing and some other improvements that will make things easier and more convenient for our patients.

We’ll keep sharing updates as we go. We know there may be a few bumps along the way while everyone gets used to the new system, so thank you for being patient with us!

Reminder! Our offices are closed Monday, October 5 through Wednesday, October 7 while we complete the transition and training for our new practice management system.

We’ll reopen with normal hours on Thursday, October 8.

Today, Dr. Spokane spent his Saturday walking with Team Elias to support St. Jude. 💙

His longtime family friend, Elias, has been fighting brain cancer and St. Jude has been there for him and his family throughout their journey.

He proudly wore his E-lieve shirt and walked for Elias, his family, and all the kids and families who count on St. Jude for lifesaving care without financial burdens.

Dear Patients,

We’re excited to be making some updates to our practice management system! Our new system will help us serve you more efficiently and will include an improved patient portal with convenient features like online payments and easier access to your information.

To facilitate the system transition and train our team, our offices will be closed Monday, October 5 through Wednesday, October 7. We’ll return to our normal business hours on Thursday, October 8.

While we’re updating, our phone lines will be unavailable. However, we’ll still be monitoring voicemails and messages regularly for urgent orthodontic needs and emergencies. If you experience an emergency, please leave us a voicemail or send an email to [email protected] and our team will get back to you as soon as possible. All other needs, please wait until we reopen.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we make these improvements. We’re excited about the new system and the added convenience it will bring to your experience with our office.

Thank you for being part of our orthodontic family. We look forward to seeing you when we reopen on Thursday, October 8!
