✨ Transformation Tuesday - Sibling Edition! ✨ Some dental problems can run in families, and that was the case for siblings Max and Sadie. Both had what’s called a posterior crossbite, where the upper back teeth sit inside the lower teeth instead of outside where they should be. Thankfully, their dad is dentist Dr. Moses... he knew early orthodontic treatment would help guide healthy jaw growth and set them up for beautiful smiles later in life.

A posterior crossbite can lead to several issues over time, including a crossbite shift, uneven jaw growth, chewing difficulties, speech concerns, TMJ problems, and more. With early treatment, Max and Sadie’s jaws are now functioning in harmony and their smiles are healthy and balanced! 🙌😁

Congratulations to Max and Sadie on their amazing smile transformations! ✨

And remember - you don’t need to have a dentist for a dad to catch these issues early… you just need to bring your child in for an orthodontic checkup by age 7! 🦷💙

Today we’re celebrating Dr. Spokane’s mom - thank you for always being one of our biggest supporters, not just for Dr. Spokane, but for our entire practice family! 💯 And thank you for raising such an amazing family. It's clear where the kindness, work ethic, and caring hearts come from. We see pieces of that every single day in the clinic! ❤️

Both Dr. Spokanes had the most adorable time at the Laughlin Memorial Library this weekend for a special American Girl tea party! ☕🎊 From sipping tea and enjoying dainty sandwiches to getting crafty and spending time with the sweetest guests, it was pure fun from start to finish!

For Dr. Alexa, it was extra special... she grew up loving American Girl dolls, so this day felt like a little trip back to childhood with her Dad. 💖

Events like these make a community wonderful and we're always grateful for the chance to give back! 🥰
