Tilt your toothbrush at a 45-degree angle and position the bristles a tad underneath your gum line using gentle pressure. Using a circular motion, brush your teeth back and forth using similar motions. Healthy teeth and gums for life are what we do best! Give us a call today at (409) 866-6444.

Ancient Egyptians highly regarded cleanliness and oral care. They experimented with the first version of toothpaste, which consisted of rock salt, dried iris flowers, pepper, and mint crushed into a paste with water. Mint and herbs were used to improve breath, and mint is still a popular toothpaste ingredient today! For a healthy mouth, brush your teeth at least twice a day with toothpaste and don’t forget to floss. Be sure to attend your biannual checkups with us too! Call us at (409) 866-6444 to schedule your appointment.
