✨ SMILE SQUAD SPOTLIGHT: LACEY! ✨

Today we’re shining the spotlight on our Front Office Manager, Lacey! 💕🦷

Lacey has been with Dr. McQuade from the very beginning — and we mean THE very beginning! She started working with Dr. McQuade back when the practice didn’t even have an office yet… she was literally working from Dr. McQuade’s couch! 😂🛋️ Talk about being there from day one!

When Lacey isn’t keeping our front office running smoothly, she loves going buggy riding in Colorado with her wonderful husband! 🏔️ She’s also a big fan of fishing 🎣 and gummy candies 🍬 — two things we’re pretty sure pair perfectly together! 😉

Lacey loves pediatric dentistry because getting to watch little ones go from nervous to confident is the sweetest part of the job! 💗 She loves making our patients feel comfortable, celebrating their little victories, and helping create positive dental experiences they’ll carry with them as they grow. 🥰

From Dr. McQuade’s couch to Front Office Manager, Lacey has been part of this journey every step of the way — and we’re so thankful she is! 💕✨

Meet the Smile Squad: Ava 🦷✨

Meet Ava! 💗

Ava’s story with our office has truly come full circle! She was once a patient here back in 2009, and years later, she started shadowing here as a young teenager. Today, at 21 years old, she works with us part-time and has become such a special part of our Smile Squad family!

Ava is such a joyful person and brings so much positivity wherever she goes. And when she’s not brightening everyone’s day, you can probably find her enjoying one of her favorite things — cookies! 🍪

Ava is currently a senior at Texas A&M University and plans to pursue a career in the healthcare field. We’re so excited to see where this next chapter takes her!

We’re so thankful that Ava has been part of our journey — from patient, to young shadow, to part-time team member. It has been so special watching her grow, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for her! 💕🦷

This week, we're introducing Kim, our amazing Patient Care Coordinator! 💕

Kim has been in the dental field for an incredible 43 years! Talk about a wealth of experience! 🦷👏

🐴 A few fun facts about Kim:
• She has been involved in showing horses her entire life!
• She doesn't have human children, but she has plenty of four-legged children who have her heart. 🐾❤️
• Her love for pediatric dentistry began in 2000, and she loves being part of helping shape lifelong healthy dental habits for children.
• 🌮 Favorite food: Mexican
• 🥤 Favorite drink: Any Alani! SHE REALLY LOVES HER ALANI lol
