We are seeking someone caring and congenial with good communication skills. We are looking to grow our team with someone who is professional, experienced, and who enjoys a drama-free work environment. Our team is supportive, which results in a long tenure with employees.

*Responsibilities include managing the front desk, addressing phone calls, scheduling appointments and using cloud based software to manage patient insurance and billing.

***Two years of dental office experience is required.

*Weekdays Only

*Compensation will be based on experience.

*Must be eligible to work in the US.

Experience required in day-to-day dental office operations include but are not limited to:
*Scheduling & confirming appointments

*Verifying insurance and entering payments
*Collecting patient payments
*Scanning and filing
*Responding to patient/doctor correspondence
*Assisting patients in filling out information forms
*Preparing patients’ charts and daily schedules for the dental staff

Dear valued patients,
We hope you are all staying safe and healthy.
Please be advised that, in light of the current coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, we have decided to remain closed until April 30th. We will continue to re-asses the situation week by week, and will make a decision based on city and state officials' recommendations.
As we mentioned previously, this is out of an abundance of caution, and per the recommendation of many officials. We would like to lessen the chance of spreading the disease to you and your loved ones. Your safety and the safety of our staff is our top priority.
