Sometimes everything else is right where it should be… except one stubborn tooth. 🦷

This patient had great overall jaw relationship and healthy alignment, but the lower right second molar became impacted and couldn’t erupt properly on its own. With targeted 🎯orthodontic treatment, we were able to guide the tooth into position and keep the rest of the smile balanced and functional.

With the help of an expander and a Herbst appliance, along with great cooperation throughout treatment, we were able to create a healthy bite and a beautifully aligned smile.😊
